Sales Distributor Development Manager (YGN/MDY)

According to the company's distributor management strategies, to facilitate, develop and implement accordingly
The yearly distributor trading terms, the contract, the new distributor opening process, on-boarding process and performance evaluation for the first 3 months
The policy of the distributor routine management, including but not limited the requirement of distributor’s capital, warehouse, logistic, sales team, etc.
The closing policy for those distributors who do not meet our needs after their remediation actions.
The distributor’s evaluation, audit, action plan and follow-ups for their management of the infrastructure, service to outlets, KPI achievement
• Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 year’s experiences in sales analyst or marketing analyst experience in FMCG, beverage or food industry preferred
• Fluent in using Excel for data process and analysis, mastery of the function of pivot table, graph, formulation and other function
